30 years ago, in the heart of the American Midwest, I began playing any sort of keyboard I could find - organs, pianos, synthesizers - and I’ve never stopped.  After a couple years of lessons, I began playing as an accompanist and performer at special events.  Realizing quickly that my soft, gentle piano improvisations seemed to move my audiences, I began to intimately explore the bond of sympathy that is created between the emotions of the song and the heart of the listener. 

Recognizing that music can be a powerful tool of communication and connection, I have spent the last 25 years studying, performing and composing.   My compositions are full of thoughtfulness and beauty, constructed with a delicate simplicity, making them resonate with the shared emotions of my listeners.  I love exploring new styles, new instruments and new sounds, while always retaining the warm spirit that flows through all my music.
